TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: March 7, 2026
01. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Lead Vector AI account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the engine. Lead Vector is a tool for professional lead generation and automated B2B outreach.
02. Engine Usage & Tier Limits
Usage of the Lead Vector engine is governed by your selected tier:
- Freelancer ($99.99/mo): Limited to 1 active hunt at a time. 1,000 Emails and 1,000 Follow-ups per month. 20 searches per day.
- Agency ($497.00/mo): Up to 10 parallel searches. 5,000 Emails and 5,000 Follow-ups per month. 100 searches per day.
- Apprentice ($4.99): Access to Academy training and AI Professor coaching only.
03. Responsible Outreach (Anti-Spam)
Domain Reputation Shield (Automated)
To prevent domain blacklisting and ensure high deliverability, Lead Vector enforces an automated Reputation Governor that gradually ramps daily sending volume for every connected email account. Starting at 5 sends/day, it increases by 3 sends daily until reaching the account cap of 75 sends/day. A minimum 15-minute gap is enforced between all sends.
All lead emails are pre-verified through NeverBounce before sending to maintain bounce rates below 1%. If bounce rates exceed 5% within a 7-day window, sending automatically pauses and enters a 14-day warmup recovery period.
Manual override of the Reputation Governor is strictly prohibited to maintain platform integrity.
Users are strictly prohibited from using Lead Vector for illegal spamming activities. All outreach must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other local regulations. Lead Vector reserves the right to terminate accounts that generate high bounce rates or spam reports.
04. Intellectual Property
The Lead Vector software, brand, and "AI Professor" logic are the exclusive property of Lead Vector AI. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the platform for your own business or your clients' businesses.
Failure to comply with these directives will result in immediate termination of engine access.
