01. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Lead Vector subscription at any time directly from the Settings > Billing portal in the Command Center. Upon cancellation, your engine access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
02. Refund Policy
The "500+500" Performance Guarantee
If the Lead Vector engine sends 500 emails plus 500 follow-ups and fails to generate a single reply, we will issue a 100% full refund. No questions asked.
Timeline & Gradual Delivery
To protect sender reputation, every account begins with a gradual ramp from 5 to 75 sends per day (+3/day). The Reputation Governor enforces a 15-minute gap between sends and pre-verifies all leads via NeverBounce. Due to this ramp, the 1,000-email milestone is typically reached within 15–25 days.
• Must use the AI-generated hooks from the Strategy tab (no custom scripts).
• Must complete the full 1+1 follow-up sequence.
• Must not manually override the Reputation Governor.
03. Digital Delivery
Instant Fulfillment
As Lead Vector is a digital SaaS product, access is granted immediately upon successful payment authentication. There are no shipping costs or physical delivery delays.
