01. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Lead Vector subscription at any time directly from the Settings > Billing portal in the Command Center. Upon cancellation, your engine access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
02. Refund Policy
The "250-Email" Performance Guarantee
For our Freelancer subscribers ($99.99/mo): If the Lead Vector engine sends 250 managed emails plus 3 automated follow-ups (totaling 1,000 actions) and fails to generate a single reply, we will issue a 100% full refund.
Timeline & Delivery Protocol
To protect your domain reputation, the engine utilizes a mandatory 14-Day Reputation Governor. This sequence scales your volume safely from 5 to 50 sends per day. Consequently, the 1,000-action milestone typically takes 25–30 days to complete. Refund eligibility is calculated only after this milestone is reached.

• Must complete the full 3-step follow-up sequence.
• Must adhere to the 14-day automated warmup sequence.
03. Digital Delivery
Instant Fulfillment
As Lead Vector is a digital SaaS product, access is granted immediately upon successful Stripe authentication. There are no shipping costs or physical delivery delays.
